• In order to prepare food for commercial consumption (for sale) in Benton and Franklin Counties a person must hold a current food worker card and prepare the food in a licensed food establishment. These laws are in place for your safetly! A licensed food handler is aware of behaviors and actions to prevent food safety hazards and a licensed food establishment is clean, sanitary, and has employees dedicated to serving safe meals.

• We have years of experience with many different styles and types of cakes. Even if we have never made that specific style of cake before, we are easily able to combine our past experiences with current resources  to make each cake the best to have ever left our bakery.
• Our experience allows us to understand what goes into making a cake. Our Equipment allows us to prepare and store whats needed for large orders. A great example of this is that it would take Great Aunt Ginny (love her!) 6 hours of baking only in a home oven to make your wedding cake, versus 1.5 in our commercial oven.
